The foundations of our success lie in the disciplined execution of a diverse portfolio – from large-scale public housing estates that provide homes for many across the nation, to sophisticated private condominiums and commercial complexes that redefine modern living and working spaces. This breadth of expertise is supported by our two flagship subsidiaries, Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte Ltd and CES Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., both companies possess the highest CW01 A1 grading in General Building from Building and Construction Authority (BCA) which allows them to tender for public sector projects of unlimited contract value. In addition, CESC and CESE have CW02, A2 and B2 grading in Civil Engineering from BCA which allow them to tender for public sector projects valued at up to S$85 million and S$13 million in contract value respectively.
