Precast
Since 2003, GRC, through its wholly owned subsidiary CES-Precast Pte. Ltd. – has revolutionised Singapore’s construction landscape by pioneering robust precast concrete solutions. Today, CES-Precast continues to support a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects with high-quality precast components.
Registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CR10B with Financial Category L6, CES-Precast is qualified to tender for public sector projects of unlimited value. It is also an approved material supplier for the Housing & Development Board (HDB), providing precast components used in HDB developments.
3D Concrete Printing
In recent years, CES has expanded into large-scale robotic 3D concrete printing to complement its core precast business. With the setting up of CES_Innovfab, its dedicated DfMA innovation unit, the Group has invested in robotic 3D concrete solutions aimed at improving construction productivity, reducing material waste, and enhancing design flexibility.
This innovation supports Singapore’s Built Environment Industry Transformation Map and positions GRC at the forefront of construction technologies. The Group continues to explore commercial applications of robotic 3D concrete printing in urban infrastructure, landscape architecture, and modular construction.
