Our subsidiary - CES_SDC possess the highest CW01 A1 grading in General Building and Civil Engineering, as well as the highest L6 grading in Electrical Engineering and Integrated Building Services from Building and Construction Authority which allows it to tender for public sector projects of unlimited contract value.

Contract P102 – Design & Construction of Elias Station and Tunnels for CRL-Punggol Extension
Client: Land Transport Authority
Description: Design and Construction of Elias Station and Tunnels for CRL-Punggol Extension comprising of one Retrieval Shaft, one Launch Shaft, Cut and Cover Tunnel and 1.4km Twin Bored Tunnel drive passing below several HDB Blocks, Sungei Api Api Bridge and under CR109 Tunnel

Choa Chu Kang Waterworks - Contract 1 (Civil and External Sewer Works)

Description: Reconstruction of aging facilities in the Pre-treatment area and construction of new Post-treatment buildings and facilities.

Tuas Water Reclamation Plant Contract C6A – Administrations and Operations Buildings
Client: Public Utilities Board
Description: Construction of administration buildings and guardhouse including interfaces between buildings and sitewide, industrial liquids modules, biosolids and greasy waste facilities and integrated waste management facilities, as well as operation and maintenance of facilities for one year after completion.

Description: Design, construction and completion of two elevated stations JW1 and JW2, as well as two elevated MRT viaducts with a total length of 1.3km

Tuas Water Reclamation Plant Contract 4A – Biosolids and Digesters
Client: Public Utilities Board
Description: Construction of biosolids building and digesters, supply and installation of biosolids treatment and biogas handling equipment, testing, and commissioning of facilities, as well as operation and maintenance of facilities for one year after completion

Development of Changi East to Effect 3 Runway Operations at Singapore Changi Airport (Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure - CES_SDC JV)

Description: Construction of new pavement works and refurbishment of existing Runway 2, drainages, external mechanical & electrical works, as well as security fencing and ancillary buildings around Runway 2 including specialist airfield instruments works

Contract T227 – Marina South Station & Tunnels for Thomson Line (SinoHydro - CES_SDC Joint Venture)

Description: Construction of Marina South Station comprising a three-level underground station with twin bored tunnels to Marina Bay Station as well as cut and cover tunnels to Gardens by the Bay Station (Depth of excavation is about 26m)

Description: Engineering, procurement and construction of 225-megawatt gas-fired combined cycle power facility comprising two sets of GE 6F.03 gas turbine with generators, two HRSGs and one steam turbine with its generator, 2-storey administration & control building, cooling tower & ancillary buildings
